Ritesh Pandey, the CEO & Founder of WDI stated, “Women have evolved & risen from their comfort zone to an all-new level. They’re not just housewives but are Developers, Designers, Coders, Writers, CA’s, etc. There ain’t no task or career they haven’t succeeded in.”
We wanted to make room for women leaders of our company, training them for a greater future. Encouraging and training other women in building skills, confidence and autonomy, creating more future female leaders, whilst taking WDI’s growth to another level.

We celebrated the day by decorating the entire office with beautiful white & red balloons hung by the ceiling along with cards engraved with beautiful sayings for every woman.
It wasn’t just another Women’s Day where there would be dress codes and celebrations. But, a day for every woman to know her value as a leader in the ever-growing competitive marketplace.

There follows a tremendous opportunity for women to break barriers when there follows help & motivation. It is important to leverage certain qualities for the betterment of life, business, and the environment. According to the UN Women, investing in women’s economic empowerment is the main source of achieving women’s rights and gender equality.
Encouraging the same form of leadership, we at WDI decided to organise a one on one session on topics like Self-defense, Leadership, etc.
